Project title
Expansion and modernization of hotel infrastructure and diversification of Hotel Moris operations.
Description of implemented activities
As part of the project, comprehensive investment activities were completed to improve the property's standard and extend Hotel Moris services. The work included:
- modernization and furnishing of hotel apartments,
- implementation of new water installation and additional fittings,
- installation of a modern sauna,
- purchase of equipment required to launch new services,
- improvement of functionality and comfort of guest-dedicated spaces.
Target groups
Project outcomes benefit hotel guests, individual travelers, couples, and clients interested in SPA services and seaside leisure.
Project objectives
The objective of the project was to increase Hotel Moris competitiveness, diversify business activities, improve service quality, and strengthen the company's resilience to market changes.
Implementation results
Project implementation enabled expansion of hotel services with new zones and amenities, improved guest comfort, and strengthened the property's market position.
